万亿微逆大变革,天技“并离网+储能”创新产品斩获全球订单

导语又一个细分的万亿赛道即将形成。处于这个时代风口,中国微逆企业正在纷纷以创新和变革走向世界。
 

进入平稳阶段的欧美微逆市场,在未来仍是全球最大的主战区。

 

相关机构预测,2021-2025年全球微逆的出货量复合增速达到80%。未来7年,欧洲将产生1.3亿台微逆的市场缺口,扩张至全球范围,这一数值预计将超过4亿台。

 

按照目前微逆产品平均市场单价为2000~3000元计算,又一个细分的万亿赛道即将形成。处于这个时代风口,中国微逆企业正在纷纷以创新和变革走向世界。

 

 

“按接单情况估算,我们预计明年微逆出货量为50万~100万台。”天技新能源董事长赵鹏表示,微逆的市场增长未来仍会处于快车道,但更考验产品的安全性、稳定性及实用性等核心竞争力。

 

赵鹏进一步介绍说,由于气候原因,户外电网很不可控,所以微逆产品更需要匹配当地电网、居民的消费习惯和用电情况。

 

作为一家势头强劲的新兴逆变器企业,天技新能源在众多国家和地区都有代理商,销售和服务渠道体系遍布欧洲、美国、日本、东南亚等地区。

 

打造可以做储能的微逆

 

不可控的户外场景,不同电网的电压、频率、负荷,都导致用电需求的波动。

 

当微逆拥有储能功能时,可以实现模块化储能,在电网异常时可以切换到离网供电,释放存储的电能以继续供电。因此,配备储能功能的微逆成为市场上的必然需求。

 

作为天技集团旗下控股企业之一,天技新能源成立于2022年。公司距今成立时间不长,但技术上创新不断,公司成立之初,通过分析微逆的使用场景,规划了微逆产品的发展方向:主要做并离网、储能、AC耦合,针对应用市场中的普通家庭市场。

 

天技新能源第一代微逆产品,不仅可以应用到普通并网系统中,同时还针对便携电源的功能性进行拓展,搭配便携系统使用,解决便携系统并网售电问题;另外在家庭储能应用中,可以满足零馈电功能、UPS功能,并可以实现离网并机,有效解决电网不稳定的问题,实现余电存储,光伏自发自用。更进一步因其较高的防护等级IP67和25年的设计寿命,所以作为房车、游艇的离网电源系统也是非常适合的,以及其它类似的较为恶劣环境的离网工作需求。

 

 

赵鹏在采访中也多次对潮电智库表明,微逆行业的多年经验型人才,对公司至关重要。

 

天技新能源的核心研发团队都有15年以上的逆变器工作经验,制造现场管理者均有10年以上的生产管理经验。团队成员根据海外地区不同的气候和独特环境,进行大量测试和收集数据,采用专利级别的全球首创拓扑结构,逐渐为医院、学校、加油站等特殊具体场景打造专属微逆。

 

主攻家庭型并离网微逆

 

实现离网功能的微逆,技术门槛更高。

 

天技新能源销售总监李文科在“2023年全球逆变器趋势峰会暨年度颁奖典礼”现场表示,便携电源下一代中有代表性的逆变器,一定是并离网微逆。

 

 

公司董事长赵鹏也和潮电智库的对话中强调了天技新能源微逆产品的离网优势。

 

天技新能源的微逆产品,根据电网和负载的情况自动切换并网和离网两种工作模式。在电网正常时实现自发自用、余电上网;在电网停电时,自动切换为离网模式,与蓄电池和负载组成一个独立的微电网,保证负载的正常运行。

 

相比Enphase通过三级能量转换AC耦合实现储能,天技新能源团队通过两级能量转换DC耦合来实现光伏储能功能,把能效提得更高,性价比更高。 

 

 

同时针对家庭微型并离网储能需求,天技新能源提供智能的监控系统和运维平台,为现代家庭实现一站式智能化光储方案。

 

天技新能源第二代微逆体积小、散热、防护等级高,内置了并离网切换功能,可以直接进行并离网切换,并内置MPPT的控制器。此款微逆可以把逆变器直接内置到便携电源、家庭储能单元,实现双向逆变,适合有峰谷电价地区使用,帮助普通家庭用户实现小功率削峰填谷用电需求,节约用电开支。

 

 

目前天技新能源Tribune系列EMS控制器,集成了(MPPT+交流)电池充电器和能源管理功能。它与天技新能源Tiger系列微逆变器一起创建家庭太阳能微储能系统,最大输出功率可达4KW。

 

同时EMS控制器采用光伏模拟器的特殊电路设计,可以搭配多种品牌逆变器使用,在家庭负载很小的情况下实现功率可控,做到完全光伏发电自发自用,节约开销。这款控制器将在本月步入市场。

 

未来,公司也计划打造3-4KW的大功率微逆出口于欧洲市场。

 

With Trillions Revolution in Micro-inverter: TENTEK's Innovations in "On/Off-Grid + Energy Storage" Secure Global Orders

 

Despite the stabilizing trend in the European and American micro-inverter markets, they remain the primary global largest markets.

 

Industry forecasts project an 80% compounded annual growth rate for global micro-inverters between 2021 and 2025. Over the forthcoming seven years, Europe is anticipated to generate a market shortfall of 130 million units in micro-inverters , expanding this demand to exceed 400 million units worldwide.

 

Considering the current market average price of micro-inverters  ranging from 2000 to 3000 yuan, an additional trillion-dollar market segment appears imminent. In this era, Chinese micro-inverter firms are swiftly penetrating international markets, leveraging innovation and transformative strategies.

 

"Anticipating order projections, we foresee shipping between 500,000 to 1 million micro-inverters next year," stated Zhao Peng, Chairman of TENTEK New Energy. He emphasized that while the micro-inverter market continues on a rapid growth trajectory, the core competition lies in product safety, stability, and practicality.

 

Peng further elucidated that due to climatic unpredictability, outdoor power grids demand micro-inverter products tailored to local grid compatibility, aligning with resident consumption patterns and power usage.

 

As a burgeoning inverter enterprise, TENTEK New Energy boasts an extensive network of distributors across numerous countries and regions, establishing sales and service channels spanning Europe, the United States, Japan, Southeast Asia, among others.

 

Forging Micro-inverters with Energy Storage Capabilities

 

The volatility of outdoor scenarios and the diverse voltage, frequency, and load variations across power grids contribute to fluctuating power requirements. micro-inverters  endowed with energy storage capabilities facilitate modular energy storage, allowing seamless transitions to off-grid power supply during grid anomalies by utilizing stored energy to ensure uninterrupted power supply. Consequently, micro-inverters  equipped with energy storage capabilities emerge as indispensable commodities in the market.

 

Established in 2022 as one of TENTEK Group's holdings, TENTEK New Energy swiftly innovates despite its recent inception. Analyzing micro-inverter usage scenarios, they outlined product development focused on on/off-grid functionalities, energy storage, AC coupling, primarily targeting ordinary household markets in the application domain.

Focused on Household On/Off-Grid Micro-inverters

 

Micro-inverters with off-grid capabilities demand elevated technological thresholds.

 

At the "2023 Global Inverter Trends Summit and Annual Awards Ceremony", TENTEK New Energy's Sales Director, Li Wenke, highlighted that the next-generation representative inverters in portable power sources are undoubtedly on/off-grid micro-inverters .

 

Chairman Zhao Peng underscored the off-grid advantages of TENTEK New Energy's micro-inverter products in conversations with Tide Electric Think Tank.

 

TENTEK New Energy's micro-inverter products autonomously switch between grid-connected and off-grid modes based on power grid and load conditions. They enable self-consumption and surplus electricity feeding into the grid during regular grid operation. During grid outages, they seamlessly transition to off-grid mode, establishing an independent micro-grid with batteries and loads, ensuring uninterrupted load operation.

 

In contrast to Enphase's utilization of three-stage energy conversion for AC coupling to enable energy storage, TENTEK New Energy employs two-stage energy conversion for DC coupling to facilitate photovoltaic energy storage, thereby enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

 

Simultaneously addressing the demand for household-level on/off-grid energy storage micro-inverters, TENTEK New Energy provides intelligent monitoring systems and operation platforms, offering modern households a comprehensive smart solar storage solution.

 

The second-generation micro-inverters from TENTEK New Energy boast compact designs, efficient heat dissipation, high protection levels, on/off-grid switching functions, and an integrated MPPT controller. These micro-inverters can be directly integrated into portable power sources and home energy storage units, facilitating bidirectional inversion. They are suitable for regions with peak-valley electricity pricing, assisting ordinary households in managing low-power peak-shavin demands and saving on electricity expenses.

 

Currently, TENTEK New Energy's Tribune series EMS controller integrates (MPPT + AC) battery chargers and energy management functions. When combined with TENTEK New Energy's Tiger series micro-inverters, they establish a household solar micro-storage system with a maximum output power of up to 4KW.

 

Utilizing a special circuit design akin to a photovoltaic simulator, the EMS controller can pair with various brand inverters, ensuring controllable power in scenarios with minimal household loads, enabling complete self-consumption of solar power and cost savings. This controller is set to enter the market this month.

 

In the future, the company plans to develop 3-4KW high-power micro-inverters for export to the European market.
